How do i protect my pages?
|
| You protect your pages through redirecting the loading page to our site.
Our Siteprotect technology checks the page and all request and response header for hacking attacks,
loads the page and send them to the users browser. |
What kind of script-languages are supported?

Actually only PHP is supported, but we want to create modules for other languages without any fees.

How do i redirect my pages?
|
Just replace the link and form targets with http://hackprot.com/YOUR.DOMAIN/YOUR.SITE.
This must look like <a href='http://hackprot.com/www.domain.com/index.php'>
or with forms <form action='http://hackprot.com/www.domain.com/formular.php'>.
You can also check your whole site with siteprotect.
To protect a whole site replace all absolute links to relatives.
replace this -> <a href='http://www.domain.com/index.php'>
with this -> <a href='/index.php'>
And redirect the starting page to http://hackprot.com/www.your-domain.com/
Attention: Dont redirect with HTTP 301 Headers. This will make you site unreachable!

How do i get the real ip from the user?
|

To get the real ip from the user read the special header we've sent to your site. The additional header is X-HACKPROT-CLIENTIP
you can read it with the PHP $_SERVER["X-HACKPROT-CLIENTIP"] variable.

Can i use HACKPROT.COM with blog-software like Wordpress?

Yes, you can use HACKPROT.COM with any blog-software and/or wordpress.

How do i activate the protection?

To activate the website protection go to the "Protect Settings" Menu and enter the Website url.

Can i block a single country from visiting my site?

Yes, with the blocked countries option you can prevent whole countries from visiting your site.

Can i change the Message that is displayed when a user gets blocked?

Yes, in the options menu you can change the block message and enter a new mail address.

I cannot login into hackprot.com.

It's possible, that your account isn't active. Please check your Email-Account for the
hackprot.com activation mail and click the link in it. After you clicked the activation link
you must set an account password for the logins.
Now you can login with your email-address and the selected password.

hackprot.com do not check my pages.
|

It's possible, that your account isn't active. Please activate your account.
Or your Payments haven't already arrived. After we arrived your payments your account
is active and you can use hackprot.com.

How can i check the protected pages?
|
|
Go to the Statistics page. There you get all informations about checked and blocked requests.
In the Log file Menu you can see all blocked events.

What is a permanent block?
|
You can choose between single time blocks and permanently blocks.
single time blocks, blocks only the requests the has malicious code or other
hacking methods.
Permanently blocks sets the ip onto a blacklist and the user cannot access
your site until you have unblocked them.

How do i unlock an blocked ip?
|
To unlock an blocked ip go to the "Blocked Hosts" Menu and search the ip-address. Mark them and click on delete.
The ip address is now unlocked and can reach your site again.

Has hackprot.com traffic limitations?
|

The Trafficlimitations are depended on the selected Product.

Can i check multiple websites with hackprot.com?
|
|
Yes, it's possible with hackprot.com to check multiple domains with one account.

My contact informations has changed but i didnt find a menu to change it.

If your contact informations has changed send a mail to the support - center.

What does "Unlock Options" mean?.
|
|
If you activate the "Unlock Option" then can a blocked user unlock them self with a defined password. This option
is only useful for testing the hackprot.com options.
